The Resilient UX Professional

I know that people are having a hard time finding UX jobs or were recently laid off. I was one of them: I was laid off earlier this year after catching Covid. However, thanks to the larger UX community, I got back on my feet, so I wanted to give back.

Once I was hired, I thought about the what advice I could offer to help aspiring UX professionals get their first UX job (or beyond). I assembled everything I learned, along with research from UX hiring managers, UX mentors, and more into this book. These are steps you can take to become a more attractive UX candidate, stop panicking about UX interviews, and build a web presence at the same time.

This book covers not only research that I conducted, but tips that I practice on a weekly basis. I hope it will serve you well in getting your first UX job (or finding your dream UX career).
